I'm revamping the graveyard this year and really want to disguise our glaring-white fence. I know I've seen a few pictures on the boards of what look like painted backdrops making it appear that the cemetery continues on. I'd love to try something like that but have NO idea how to begin.
Any ideas would be appreciated!

You remind me of the babe. What babe? The babe with the power. What power? The power of voodoo. Who do? You do. Do what?
Remind me of the babe.

You could always take the easy route and use Scene Setters. BTW, your house is absolutely awesome for haunting! It has the perfect look!

I agree with Rikki, AWESOME style house for haunting. I also think scene setters might be the way to go. You may need more than one and might have to get a sky one for the top and a graveyard one for the bottom if the fence fi the fence is too tall. If you add some Fog it might just work. Good luck and send pictures.

I used a Scene Setter background last year to cover a white garage door. It worked pretty good for what it is, a large sheet of plastic. I had to cut and tape the large sheet to get the size I needed, though. The standard height is 4 feet and I needed it to be twice that. For your fence a 4 foot sheet might work, and it's well in the background. Here's a pic:

Wow, everybody is right. You do have an incredible looking house to haunt. You're very lucky that way!
I think that Scene Setters is definitely the easy way to go. They make many different designs you can use and they're pretty inexpensive. If you want something more sturdy, I'd suggest just buying cheap 4'x8' plywood boards and paint them. If you choose to do that, you might want to paint over the entire board with a couple coats of exterior paint to seal it so it won't warp with inclement weather. You could easily paint a stone wall on a few boards, of if you have some artistic talent, paint a more elaborate scene like a continuing graveyard. I'd say that drawing a continuing graveyard would be pretty difficult because it's obviously not easy to draw in 3-D. I suppose that you could even staple the scene setters to boards to make them more durable.
One more thought. I'm not sure if you do anything with your upstairs windows, but here's a pretty cool thing I do that freaks out all the kids. This would be PERFECT for your house. I pulled it off simply with four strobe lights blinking at different speeds. The video is dark and kind of crappy, but this will give you the idea...

If you do this and have any animals, I suggest closing the doors to these rooms. I do it because I think that the strobes could be kind of stressful and disorienting for an animal. I've heard of people becoming disoriented by strobes and would imagine it would be just as bad for animals.

This may be obvious during the day, but at night it could work well
You could just cover the fence in black cloth to hide it and make it dissapear more in the dark.
We've taken a wall or other such thing and made it transform by using netting. You could use camo netting but it could get pricey. Some simple fish netting drawn over the fencing and then stuffed with branches, vines, tall grasses etc can make the wall dissappear. When it gets darker the net filled up with vegetation shadows and breaks up what's behind it and since the net itself isn't very visible you can stage your branches and such to give depth. Toss in a few vines and grassy stuff and it can fool your eyes at night

Redneck's idea would be cool if you got some of those lights that look like eyes and place those sporadically in the brush... as if ghosts were peering through. It's definitely another viable solution.

With the house you have, I wouldn't worry about the fence (I think that looks fine. As does the grave yard). I'd build up upon the roofs that you have. You have two roof levels that are naked and cry out for something.
Construct bluckies climbing up from level to level or at least put something creepy in the windows. Your house has a ton of potential.**********
