    I'm going to be starting a Lindberg skull soon an it will be my first. Not sure how elabrate i'm going to go yet, but what is the recomended.
    I'm going to be doing at least two. One for the jaw and one for side to side. I may do eye as well.

    I build lots of lindberg skulls, and for reliability sakes I wouldnt use less than a hitec 425BB... though I personally use the DS821's because they have a bit more torque.

    I found the Hitek 425BB at Servo City, having problems with the other one, who is the vendor for the DS821?

    those were on ebay all the time a few months ago... I dont know who exactly I bought them for but I made a deal for 20 and got them for about 17 each shipped... theyre are what people usually get with their transmitters when they buy them... and they just sell them off because they are usually too big for peoples needs (weight wise).

    If you add just one more servo(3 total) you can have pan(side-to-side), nod(up-down), and jaw.. Having a skull look up and down would add a lot more 'realism' to the prop. If you look thru the 3axis thread, you'll see a couple great videos of the skulls in action. The minimum shud really be pan and nod. Tilt adds quite a bit of... if you'll pardon the expression, ...life... to a skulls performance.
