Here's an idea that I've had rolling around in my head for a while. I want to make some sort of vertical lift to raise a prop up out of the grave yard. For some reason I have been stuck on making some sort of telescopic lift as opposed to a scissor lift.

anyway here is my the first version/prototype, its kind of crude building it with what's available and easy to work with and for now it hand operated.

So for now I'm throwing in out there for suggestion/improvements

Here's a pic of pulley mechanism that operates the lift. Right now there is no motor, I guess i could use a gear motor or a small winch, will need some way to stop and reverse too
