While I had be sculpting this Tombstone/column Angel for a couple of customers. I got to thinking about weather there was a need for Tombstone Angels made of foam that could be mounted on the customer's own tombstones they are making.? she would have a flat back side so she would be flush with the surface of the tombstones. As if to be stepping out from the front of the stone.
What do you all think should I sculpt something like this for customers?
she would cost as a finish item around $15.00 bucks and would be able to paint her to look like stone. Please let me know what you all think..Thanks
oops, sorry!! left this part out , I was thinking some where between 8-10" tall. Her head will be facing down and hands will be in prayer. I may even put tears on her face.and she will have a flowing robe on. and Halo.if i have time I may do one were the arms are across on her chest.

sounds like a good option to have. Maybe make some variations later on or different "adornments" for graves.
Having different options like this are nice. Makes finishing off a piece much easier. Some unfinished options would be good too so the custoer can place on thier tombstone and finish it off with rest of the project to match upBitterroot Haunted.............Fear has taken root

Blinky,
Good to see your post, by all means put one together and post photos for reactions. I myself think there is a market for tombstone, mausoleum, crypts, and such figurine carvings that could be attached to such and be nicely cast but very affordable.
The same holds true for someone who can come up with coffin hardware that is very cheap that you could by to jazz up your home made or store bought coffin.
Just a few thoughts.
