hey i got a animated chimp head from a friend , but the power supply was fried. i decided to take it apart and use the servos for another animated halloween prop. so far i found 3 touch sensors and a motion sensor a control board and a fried power supply i'm trying to take the head apart to get to the other servos

here is a video of the chimp [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yljHGmPW0RY"]YouTube - Horace_Head: The Animatronic Chimp[/ame]

Why not just rebuild or replace the power supply & keep the rest as it is?
