Hey Strange1 and CapnJackSparrow...I got my books today. I plan to spend all night by the fire reading and trying to thaw out. The weather here is nasty, it's going to make me grumpy pretty soon. Good thing I have new books to distract me.

Mine came in as well today!! I'm REALLY surprised! And it shipped free!!

Ok, it's 10:45pm and I've already read thru it, and I have to say I'm kinda disappointed, I guess I was expecting a book of specific props and how to make them work. It's a lot of drawings, not much photos.. and a LOT of math! Dang, I never worked this hard in high school or college!! And I was an english major!!! I may end up selling it here..

I haven't started reading it yet. I'm reading a book on molding and casting first. My hubby and oldest son are quite mechanically minded so I am going to recruit them to help with the animation parts. They just don't know it yet

So, how the heck did you get from being and English major to being a pilot?

Got my book this morning.
Thumbed through it and it looks quite interesting.
