Thread: Graveyardmadness - gone... but welcome gym_ghost

Folks,
April 2, graveyardmadness became a place of business. That is to say, we got all licenses in place as with the required state and federal tax ID's.

Now for the bad news.

When we first started the idea of going into business ourselves, we sought out legal advice from an attorney. The attorney guided us through the process and got everything in order for us. Last week, he found out I was using graveyardmadness as my forum name and this he was not happy with. Basically, it could open up the door for a lawsuit if we give advice here and someone get's hurt because of it (California is a sue happy state.) In fact, he stated, do not post anything under graveyardmadness period!!!

As this board contains a wealth of information and some great ideas were shared, I did not want to just "abandon ship" with this forum.

I asked Larry to cancel out this account and if I was okay to generate another one so I could continue to post and share ideas. He indicated he could just switch names.

So yesterday, I switched my user name to gym_ghost and will no longer be using graveyardmadness.

Got to love attorneys!!!! But he has done one heck of job and on the long run, saved us alot of money with no short cuts!!!

Good news is... my haunts at my house... now tax write offs!!!
