Hi, I'm looking for some one who is willing to make these joints for my guy. I have tried but failed. Here is the link to the site and page of your task: http://deathlord.net/Lynching/lynch3.htm
All you have to do is joint for both elbows and knees. No more just that. If you are interested or have built this e-mail me at fxmaster@sbcglobal.net
You will get paid!!!! You name the price.
I noticed that you have started two threads in the past several days on the same subject matter. I do not mean any disrespect, but maybe the word "Lynching" is turning people off. It certainly does me.
I'm an African American and that particular word does not bring fond memories. I realize that the link you got from Death Lord's website is under the same name. Him being the founder of Haunt X....he should perhaps consider his wording more closely, as well. After all, many types of individuals are paying money to help support his haunters convention.

what does that question have to do with anything? If you can help FXMASTER, cool. I'll be glad another person was helped. After all, that's what we're here for. But, just like you have your likes and dislikes (my blog friendship list...remember?), the word "Lynched", "Lynch" or "Lynching" should really be taken a look at when in use for any props we create.
Please don't think that I am angry with you, FXMASTER, or anyone else. You know how I feel about you, Putrid. However, if people want to be politically correct when it comes to other subjects (One of the Halloween list I belong to refers to Christmas as the "C" word and struck up a long thread on how to greet all beliefs during the holidays), the thought of "Lynching" a prop should be carfully studied, as well.
I know I'm about to open up a huge can of worms here. But, if I don't address it....who will????
Oh, I'm sorry if I offended anyone. Could you please delete both threads so I can rewite the thread without that word. Once agian I am sorry for offending any one I was just using the same name as DeathLord named it. I was never fond of the name either.
there's no need to delete your threads. Not at all. You were just seeking help and I totally understand that. I hope someone will be able to get you out of this jam.
I spoke with The Death Lord aka Wil Schock this evening concerning the name of his prop and the thought had never crossed his mind. The truth is, it may not have crossed most minds. But, it's quite touchy with me. If we are so politically correct when it comes to holidays and what not to say and how to say it, using the word "Lynch" should be taken into consideration, as well.
In 2004, I thought that I would try to create a "hanging" man for my haunt. It wasn't going to be an animatronic, but rather a static prop. When it was finished, I laid it across the hearth of my fireplace. It was so real-like and convicted me so much, it was as if I could hear it calling out to me all the names of my ancestors and those alike who had been lynched and hung from trees for all to see.
That did it for me! You will never see anything hanging from a rope in my haunts. Not to say that it's wrong for you or anyone else to do. It's just not right for me. However, don't expect me to love it or not speak out when I'm offended.
I hope you're able to secure the joints you need. Happy Haunting to ya!
I understand how you can be "offended" but I honestly think its STUPID!!! There is no reason to be offended. Maybe if you’re so illiterate that you are thinking of the word as a behavior or action then maybe you've played too many games of hangman. In lynching, no rope is required. A lot have the idea you need a rope, but to say that's it exclusively, I can't say that was ever true People were shot, stabbed, burned at the stake. Every mode of killing has been called a lynching in fact, for a lynching, all you need is a mob. When the Associated Press did an analysis of the law earlier this year, it found that blacks account for 63 percent of those charged with the crime in South Carolina. In other words, in our modern times, blacks are charged with lynching at nearly twice the rate whites are, primarily for gang-style crimes. How's that for how far we've come as far as true racial equality? In the 21st century, blacks have become the lynchers in the South. Do you think Martin Luther King Jr. could have predicted that perception 40 years ago, when he led the historic March on Washington and delivered his "I have a dream" speech? Get over it and get over yourself they were just talking about hanging a skeleton not a person and especially not a black person. It’s for Halloween if they wanted to do it for black history month or any other time of the year then yea maybe that’s going a bit too far and you can complain to us your petty thoughts. Maybe you’re so offended because your old you need to wake up and smell the rotting corpses it’s the 21st century it’s sad that your that old and you still need to grow up.

"Lynch1", I was prepared for such as you. This is why I said that I was opening up a can of worms. No matter what you say to me on this subject, you will absolutely NOT change my feelings on this. No matter what you call me, you will absolutely NOT change my feelings on this. No matter what you so call prove, you will aboslutely NOT change my feelings on this.
Who are you? Are you African American? Are you anyone other than someone who is trying to stir the pot by choosing a name such as "Lynch1" to specifically write on this thread? Perhaps you should save your energy because this Empress is not feeding into it.
