Okay, madmax. I'll chill on the innards. It just that when I see tutorials on MM projects, their chick figures look great. I guess all that really matters is the end product. I'm keeping my fingers crossed on that one...

Sorry to maybe sort of disagree, but everytime I build something and don't pay close enough attention to making the inner skeltal structure looking as it should, it creates alot more work and time spent correcting or compensating for this inattention.
Sort of like all the extra blocking needed when the wall studs aren't on 16 inch centers or are not plumb then the wall covering just doesn't have anything to fasten to , creating .."Wobble-Walls!""My Insanity is well-respected, until they wiggle free and become a stringer for a tabloid"

Great point Gym. If the chicken wire frame has mistakes init, you will be able to tell even when clothed. Pay attention to symetry (spelling?) and study the body for it, then get the chicken wire to do what YOU want then you want have to hide anything. Gym,I used to install cabinets so I feel ya about the walls man.

I placed my material on the chicken wire and it looks fine. Funny how the skull head is now dwarfed a bit and the body seems larger than when it was just the chick form. But, the wings help bring things together I think. I'm gonna dive into the MM tomorrow..maybe. Keepin' my fingers crossed......

I think skin tight pants went out of style in the 70s. So unless you want a tight fit being perfect isn't called for. Besides that who wants a "perfect" body for halloween? I know I don't. If you don't get the "prefect" shape, just add some padding and duct tape. If you use 36 inch wire for the legs, that's the perfect length for legs for a 6 foot person (34 inch inseam and two inches to connect to the waist). 24 inch chicken wire is the perfect size for arms and the chest area of a avg 6 foot man. So really all you need to do is make sure to not cut the wire to short (around). Even if you do, like I said, add padding to fill out the muscles in the arm and leg.
In a Haunted House sitting no one will be looking at the prop to see every little detail like they could in a yard display. If someone is spending over 15 seconds in low lighting looking at a prop close enough to tell both legs aren't perfect. Then you have a bigger problem than the legs.....like the room not being scary enough.
I think there's a little difference in a wall and a body. All walls are meant to be Sq, bodies come in different shapes and sizes.
