It looks like latex tinted with shinny paint and cotten batting of some sort.

This is one of mine that was done with latex and cotton batting. Had we mixed shinny paint into the latex it to would look darker and shinny like that one you posted.

Hey also I have a friend whos used the liquid nails instead of latex and it to came out looking just the same.

I just may end up getting a bag of bones to see how may get the same look with the ideas that everyone has gave me on here. Next will be the hair......lol I have make sure the wife dont see what I am doing. She getting a little sick of me talking about halloween and getting more things for 2006.

I bought a bag of bones to experiment with from ACC a couple of months ago.
While they were good, the bag contained assorted bones I didn't have enough of the right kind of bones to do a skeleton.

Next time I am going to order the skeleton, a skull, a few arms, some hands, some feet, and the list goes on.)
I'm lucky, my wife indulges me in this effort.
I guess she figures if I'm doing the halloween stuff I won't be aggreviating her.
But my dog won't go near the garage. )

Well strange1, I wish my wife was more like yours then. I had to hear"why are you talking about halloween when its Chistmas time, you still a long way to go to next halloween". Lets see I have 1 aged skeleton,1 white skeleton,5 skulls,1 clear skull, 2 skulls w/ bucky lids. I still have a long way to go to make my things look like other people on here and like the one on ebay I have listed at the start of this thread. All I know is I want it to look better then the last halloween.
