I been working a deal with Erich Lubatti to do a mask for a prop my son is in the process of working on. Now normally I wouldn't take the time to post something like this on a forum, but at this time I feel compelled to do so. You see, we live in a world where customer service has gone the way of the dinasaur. Not so with Lubatti Design. Not in my experience. I first emailed Erich about what I was looking for and what I was hoping to do. He replied and then sent me a quoted price. Meanwhile, Erich must have been thinking about my sons project, and he came up with an idea that was more than helpful to me and my son. He emailed me about it and I was very greatful. I wont go into details about what he did for us, but lets just say that I've been looking for a good mask producer to use exclusively for my projects. I got an email from Erich today with a tracking number. If the mask is anywhere as good as the service I got, I just might have found my guy.
Just thought I'd post this, as we often rant when a company sucks (think harbor freight tools) but I wanted to let you prop builders know that there are still people out there that are a pleasure to do business with.

what a coincidence! I was looking at Erich's work on the Death Studios site and on his own. I have certain masks that I have in mind and would like them custom made, but the thought of the price always scares me away. Should I be?

Man the package arrived today but noone was here to sign for it. That sucks. I wish they would have left it. Anyway, I didn't expect the shipping to be so fast but now I am glad I made this post. Looks like he put a rush on the shipping for Christmas.

I got the mask today and it is awesome. I will be a repeat customer as I continue to build new props for our annual haunt. I cant wait until my son sees this mask. I will post pics soon.
