The actual fountain part came from Spencer's last year and then I just jazzed up an old bird bath with some fleckstone paint and some plastic skulls. It worked out pretty well and this year I won't need a table to set the fountain on. I thinned out some fake blood with water and it looks really cool pouring through it.
