That is amazing work. Nick, how many hours do you think you have invested in yours so far? I'd really like to see your pictures, too.

See, now, I could see me working on something like this during the winter, when there's nothing else to do but shovel. And I could imagine doing it in the house; even though it'd probably be quite messy; and that's a big plus for me when it comes to just puttering away at something.

First I've seen of this marionette, and it is absolutely incredible. Such attention to detail! I've been working on an Alien version of the same, using styrofoam sheets for the head and arms, but foam core board for the ribcage. I love the notion of independant discovery, especially when it validates your own ideas with finer work than you could produce.

Well sis,
I think I have at least 12 hours wrapped up in it so far. Some of the bones are still a little blocky and they need some fine tuning. I will get pics up soon hopefully.
