Default What could you do with this?

Someone I work with is selling a spindle stand card rack for $20.

I was thinking a battery driven motor, using the inner spindle as a pulley, and adding a body frame, making a demented, pirouetting clown, ghoul, or something...

Ah.. the lack of funds and time...

I'm getting one, too. We're discontinuing a certain line of greeting cards and I get the parts, mainly thinking about doing a hellraiser type spinning block-o-torture.
