JB Weld come with two tubes. It is like super glue, only supposed to be better. You mix the contents of the two tubes to create a chemical reaction and then apply the end result.

I just drilled the holes slightly larger than the rods. I think that and the bungee cords hold it on.

BTW...I finished the victim yesterday. I may add a little grey paint after I practice with the air brush. The pics have been added to my album at the halloween gallery site:
