Default Brookshire Software still in business?

Purchased VSA and RAPU about 5 or 6 years ago to do my Mr Bones and the Gourditos routine and have loved it. Finally got a new laptop and was wanting to reinstall/move the software over to the new machine (as unfortunately I didn't save the installer). I've tried sending the vendor a couple emails over the last few weeks along with a copy of my original order form but no response. Anyone deal with them recently to see if they are still around?
    Thanks,
    Jared

Bummer. Was hoping someone might have some info. I've tried a few more times to get ahold of someone. Looks like my software purchase now is tied to the lifespan of my old laptop. No one has the installer for VSA do they? I have my own license code.

I don't use any of their products but it looks like their site is up and running.

Yes, site seems functional. I've tried their tech support and info and webmaster emails and so far nothing. In the past they've been responsive (but the "past" was like 4 or 5 years ago).

Have a look here: http://www.youtube.com/HalloweenJared for a few. Thriller is the one that took the most time.

Well that sucks seeing as their site is ready to take your money for an order.

I personally think product support is more important than the product itself. Shame not everyone feels that way. Hope you hear from them.

Are you using the newer version? I think it's Hobbyist version 5.100. I'm not 100% sure but I think they discontinued support for the older version. And they might be close for the holidays . I've never had a problem contacting them when needed.
