    Default Homemade Crashed Witch Prop

This idea has been posted a lot on Pinterest and on HF, and I thought it was really cute. So, I searched around and was able to gather these items for the project over time. Got the Union Products cauldren at a rummage sale for 50 cents, dollar store knee socks $1 and spanish moss $1, yard sale shoes .50, broom $1.50. Used an old pool noodle for legs and some scrap foam inside the cauldren. Also used some dollar store bamboo sticks $1 to stick inside the pool noodles and into the foam in the cauldren. Threw some rocks into the bottom of the cauldren before the foam, to stabilize the whole thing. Total cost was a whopping $5.50, and I am pleased with the result. I will probably display this on the front porch this season.

Made me laugh! Cute!!! Pool noodles are a great idea!

Did you notice... do they have orange and black striped socks at Dollar General? I'm only finding stockings and I need socks. Thanks!

GR, Thanks, it really was simple to make!
    Halloween71, thanks!
Hilda, Ha, I think it is funny too. I found the socks at the 99-Cent-Only Store. They only had pink/black stripes, so I went with it.

Do maggots get drunk when they bury alcoholics?

That's cool! Looks like something from a cartoon.

It also looks like you're trying to grow your own witch in a pot.

Hilda, I asked my sister who is one of the managers at the Dollar General down the street from me and she told me they don't sell them.

HalloweenTrick and DaveintheGrave, Thanks for the comments. You know, I have also seen where people put severed hands and feet into clay pots with soil to "grow your own zombie"
