That is fantastic work DoctorGrim! Great choice. I unfortanetly havent got a chance to work with model magic clay yet but i am definately going to try it out. I just need to know a little bit more about.

Update:
I've added the hands (model magic over a coat hanger armature) and modified the eyes.
The cloudy look on the eyes may have gone too cloudy, so the eyes are still a WIP.
I like the look of the surgical mask, but it covers all the hard work on the mouth, teeth & cheeks. Not sure which way to go on that.

What good is a doctor with no patients?
Here is the remake of the 'patient' prop that has become very stale. Sorry if this is too graphic.

The left picture is a rubber mask and allot of great stuff and red paint
The two views on the right involve a sculpted prop head attached to the original prop, with a new rib cage.
What does everyone think of the ribs? Despite my efforts I think they are not curved enough, missing the mark slightly.
The prop will have pants (I'm not sure I want to paper mache or sculpt certain boby parts)
I may have full 'bare' arms (that is not covered in clothing).
The plan (for now) is to have Dr.Maul over the patient with a handful of guts. The patient will either thrash, power by pneumatics, or tremble from a hand sander mounted in the props back.
I'll need to test the tremble option first.Doctor Grim

I think that is awesome! How did you do the ribs? Did you make most of this yourself, or transform an old prop?

Thanks. The ribs are newspaper rolled, stapled & taped together. The ribs were then glued to an old piece of fabric (probably could have used newspaper as well), shaped and attached to the body.
The guts are 'Great Stuff' foam, the skin is paper mache.
This thing is all home made. When I mentioned 'old prop', I meant a home made old prop. The old patient has seen at least 5 Halloweens, so most of the local ToT's know it too well.
The head is a foam filled, paper mache base, and clay sculpted. Here's a close up of the head;

All together, this guy is in bad shape and doesn't have the best of doctors.Doctor Grim

Thanks for the info! It gives me an idea of a zombie Prop I would like to make. I never got around to making it last year. As for the prop above it seems like your the good doctor for the job!

Another Update;
Here's the assembled 'patient'. The arms were crumpled newspaper, taped, shaped and paper mached. Hands & feet similar build approach.
My order of 'Sculpt or Coat' is hung up at the boarder, so that needs to be applied when it arrives (if ever)

I'm gonna try a power hand sander attached to his back to try and get a seizure-type tremble.Doctor Grim

Looking good doc. Great idea with the power sander. I hope his neck is flexible enough that his head will move too. That would look awesome.
