I am working on an Anubis head for a mummy this year. I have grafted a real coyote skull onto a plastic wally skeleton head. My question is does anyone know a good way to seal the natural bone before painting or would the paint alone be enough. Any help is appreciated.

Exterior grade paint *should* be fine. Although, I've never sealed my cow skull, and aside from the rather cool green mildew cast on it, I've seen no problems. It also sat exposed to the elements in a friends retired cow field for about 7 years before I acquired it too.
Cats aren't clean. They are covered in cat spit!
