Awesome movement on your organist! Kudos to all your amazing props... Always a pleasure seeing what you come up with next!

Adding this to last years phenomenal display, plus the items you didn`t get put out in the cemetary just might put Disney out of business.
When storage is a concearn, put your monster props under the kids beds.

Wow. It's my birthday today (31st) and I wasn't expecting to wake up to all these nice comments. Happy birthday to me!

@beaver ... I actually started building cemetery and haunted mansion style props BEFORE I built any pirate props.

This old organ shown here I picked up off Craigslist 2 years ago for $60. It didn't work and alot of the inside was "rotted" but the parts that I needed to "move" we're all still there (pedals, keys, etc).

The organ has sat in my garage all this time while I've been "thinking" about how to make it work in a cost effective way without breaking the bank.

It was only about a month ago I went to work on the organ, skeleton and electronics to build the prop but it was that 1-2 years of thinking about it and working out the functional concept that really helped out getting it done so quickly.

The "programming" seen here was done in about 15 minutes with VSA and a joystick. This was just a simple test to see everything running at the same time instead of 1 piece at a time.

The "hand sled" horizontal movement shown here is only about 15% of how far or fast they can move. Same goes for the skeleton body movement as well.

Once I get all the wiring and organ cleaned up I'll be able to spend more time programming it properly.

Thanks for all the great comments.

Looks great! Love how the feet move on the pedals. That organ has a neat look about it. Don't have to creep it up at all. Looking forward to more progress!
