I got Helsa but I think the other one had more detail. Also they are made of a weird foam and if they get laid on their faces the nose flattens out and it pretty much ruins them. After I opened the box checked her out I put her back in on her face and her nose got flattenedThey also don't seem to hold up that great in NY weather
She had some cardboard in her shoulders which is pretty much mush now but she will still work. Nothing that some duct tape won't fix.

Is this her?
I guess I never paid attention to her name. Plus I kept her in orginal box which is plain white with nothing written on it. I go ther from Spirit for 60% off many years ago. She had a few issues the second year (lit up but no sound or movement) but we were able to fix those ourself. She still does not work too well inside a haunt with too much noise or a scareactor has to set her off. I like her but usually put a mask on her because ... well ... I think she looks too much like my sister ...

BTW mine has a hard plastic face. I have a crawling girl that has that crappy softer foam face and had a dented face ever since I opened the box! Bummer!

Chaserbug- I got a lady ghoul off Grandin Road a few years ago with the cardboard in her as well. I wrap walmart grocery bags around the cardboard part to keep it from disintegrating!
I am from Belmont, NY, near Buffalo. I used to go to Corning all the time for Girl Scout activities. You get some horrifying weather in the winter! I admire haunters that face great adversity to haunt!

LOL! We saw a woman at my child's school one day that looked EXACTLY like a witch! Hooked nose, deep set wrinkles, large eyes, etc. (Bless her- I am no beauty queen)
My son, well versed in fairy tales and spooky stories and movies, started pointing at her and loudly exclaiming "WITCH!" I was mortified!

Hollow I did not realize at first until it was too late. It will do what you did this year. Thanks

Is DONNA supposed to lock when you stand her up or is she supposed to be loose so she can sway back and forth? I bought one used and would like to know.

She locks. I have one of the old ones, in a white gown. I think she is popular because she is a basic prop that you can mold into your theme. So many of my Gemmys stay in their boxes each year because I can't use them. She is one of the ones I bring out most years. I also use my mummys. They are a good size and I can easily dress them into different things...spider victims one year...clowns next, etc.

I think I'm in the minority, cause I'm not a fan of Donna. She looks like she's hula hooping.

I remember going to a halloween party at a club and they had a bunch of life sized animated props in the hallway into the club. Donna was one of the props that was swaying back n forth, it creeped me out because she is petite and looked like she escaped from the looney bin.
Add to that the look of her in brighter light is just as creepy because she resembles the Ring girl, a movie that also creeps me out. :P
So when I saw her in Michaels for $60 (display one) afterwards I begged my mother to get her that she wont regret it. I didnt have the money at the time so mom came out and got her. She was skeptical at the time but she loves Donna too. I would say getting her for both of us really upped our Halloween decorating. We started really going all out and obsessing, lol. Donna started it all for us!
I finally got one last year at a yard sale, I drove an hour n half one way to get her, and arrived just in time. Someone else came up like 10 mins later wanting her but I had dibs hehe. She worked pretty great but after a few breaks on the power from tripping it she stopped moving,
Those who know how to fix her are lucky, but I guess just having her stand there is pretty cool too. I love her anyway.
