    hey thanks!! for the information
Take a tube of chaulking, and pour a bit of house-hold ammonia in it. mix well, and wala! you've got homemade latex. You can use regular house paint to dye it if you want. It dries rubbery, holds the color, and last long.
never heard of that but I might try it sounds interesting...

I'd like to hear more about this...what do you do with it since you don't corpse anything? Does it keep in a closed container very long or does it dry out. How thin do you mix it? Thanks!

Start out by adding a little ammonia, then add a little more as you go to get the desired texture.

I brush it on thin on styrofoam so i can paint it. it goes into the groves great (when I do fake wood). I also cover great stuff with it, and various other things.

Here's the step by step process.

You'll need ammonia, caulking, paint(optional), a Mcdonalds cup(I've found this works best and is cheap), popsicle stick, packaging tape(to seal the cup between usage), and a paint brush.

First off, do this outside, or in a well ventilated area. Ammonia smells! haha

Put two or three squeezes of caulking into the cup, then add a bit of ammonia. (I've never measured, i just do a quick poor)
mix the two together until its consistency is between milk and gel. add ammonia if needed.
add paint now if you want. mix more
then you can paint it on to whatever you want. for corpsing, you may want to soak it. (i have no idea how corpsing is done)

Don't worry about wearing gloves. it comes off skin pretty easily with a bit of rubbing.
