I saw at the spirit stores back in the toxic-sewer area they had a neon green flow coming out of a barrel into the ground. Any ideal where i canget this effect or how to make one?

I know the effect you are talking about. It requires a pond pump and a cool glow-in-the dark liquid ( can be purchased by the gallon - or made by hand. DO NOT USE ANTIFREEZE!!) that flows down a clear plastic panel. In the Spirit store near us - they used a pickle barrel behind/under the scene to capture the fluid and a clear aquarium tube with sufficient length to allow the pump to bring it from the "drain" base in the front of the display -, back through the tube and up to the top of the "open sewer drain" where it simply spills back down a la waterfall. IF you need to really get great diagrams and help - simply get thee to a garden store and ask one of the garden pond installers to help you sketch it out. It ends up being super simple.

This year I had a "Drinking Zombie" used a pond pump to circulate the water, made glowing water by soaking highlighters in water glowed great under black light (i made several bottles or the mixture at the end of september and still glowed the same on halloween night)
