Same as before ... Graveyard / Cemetery and Pirates + the large "zombie apocalypse" section I didn't have time to setup for Halloween 2011 even though everything was already built.

The Cauldron Creep is for the cemetery ... wanted to build him for 2011, but just didn't have time but already had 90% of the parts ready to go.

I decided to work on all the smaller / detail oriented props / pieces early this time around (like the 2 animatronic Ravens I already have built and this guy ... the Hunchback Cauldron Creep).

I even completely re-arranged my garage so now I have a large work space / bench to work on and I don't have to "clean up" at the end of every day and can leave projects in place until the next time I can work on them.

From about a week before XMas until today ... I've been working in my shop with movies running on the TV and tinkering away making things ... It's been quite nice without a looming deadline ...

Wow! That's very impressive! You went all out on the first. Nice job with the head movements, looks very natural and creepy of course.

    I love it.
I really like the caludron creep concept & look. I would love to duplicate it but I have a stirring witch (which I don't want to retire just yet) and 2 stirring creatures is probably too much for one smallish haunt.

Really nice! The movement is spot on. Love the head motion on this.

Thank you for all the nice comments.

I had bought the Pololu Micro Maestros (3 of them) for my Raven project, but it turns out they wouldn't work properly (trigger) with my MP3 sound card I was using for the audio. It turns out I needed the MINI Maestro and not the Micro Maestro, so was trying to figure out what props I could use the "Micro Maestro" with ... this was the first one. The Maestros are pretty powerful little servo drivers and once programmed you can disconnect them from a computer and they will run the routine continuously. Any simple "servo" driven prop I highly recommend them.
