I since have repainted his nose orange.

Here are some progress shots. He's basically made with an over-sized ornament with a cardboard under-structure and then covered in spray foam.

Great Nightmare them you have going on there. I love the sculpting of Zero, foam sculpting is becoming one of my favorite prop techniques and you're very good at it.

Your house looks fantastic all dolled up NBC style. The scale of Jack is terrific. He actually looks a bit scary.

Thanks guys. I prefer using clay but I'm starting to like foam a lot because it requires no molding. Next year I'm adding Sally for sure but my technique will be a little different.
