OK.......
I have to know if there is anyone else like me out there that bought this "Pro Line Lights and Sounds of Christmas" (also know as Mr. Christmas) thing from Home Depot this year??????? I put up christms lights every year and that is about all I do. I mean it is nothing like Halloween, nothing could compare. But, I bought this thing anyway. I have to admit that one of the selling points was that it plays 4 halloween songs....Regardless, I bought this thing to enhance my christmas lights. It is way cool for a newbie like me. For those of you that are not familiar with this product please let me explain.
This product is a plug and play system that sets your christmas lights (or Halloween Lights) to music. This particular system is wireless. You have four wireless receptors that receive signals and coordinate your lights to music. I think this thing is pretty cool. It made me put more lights on my house and it just looks cool when the lights are synced to music. It has a few different settings( Light Fantastic Christmas Songs, Joyfull Christmas Songs, All Christmas Songs and Halloween Songs).
Halloween Song you say?????
Yes, the best part is that this system has four Halloween songs programed into it.
And.............
Of course, since I am the Halloween fanatic that I am (and we all are) I find it necessary to keep my system locked into the Halloween Songs while it controls my Christmas lights.
Is that wrong?????????????????????
Just Curious. Let me know what you think.

I think it's a great idea. What do the neighbors think?
I used the old style Mr. Christmas for a few years then upgraded to the Gemmy Light Show with 12 outlets.
I'm happy with both of them, I just wish they had more songs programmed into them. The Gemmy allows an MP3 player input for songs and I'm going to use that option for the first time this year.
I modified both of boxes to play the music thru a small FM transmitter, so the cars stopping in front of the house can hear the music on their radios.

I wonder if you can't get a thunderstorm soundtrack and hook it up to dimmable floods (instead of buying these hugely expensive things like firefly that my DH wants to buy for next year.)?????????????
