i want a really bright room, i mean really bright, well a few stores have black friday sales on the floor halogen floor lights. i hope you know what i am talking about, the have the wire cover over them. and sit on the ground. i heard the get hot, but if they sit away from were people are near. just wanted ta quick know before i bought a few

Yes they can get hot in an enclosed room, even the small ones can throw a lot of heat off, not enough to give anyone 3rd degree burns, but if they are close enough to were a ToTer can bump into one / touch could cause a prob......... if you have them isolated away from people, then you should be fine other than a warm room.

yea, i wanted it for the heat as well, it will be in the small room in the funhosue, or i might try hanging it up. I want it to be bright and heated, kinda be uncomfortable for the people. I have no sockets for light and i figured this would be best, plus they are pretty cheap today and tomor.
