I was looking through here the other day and saw a really cool controller for a 3 axis skull build. It was an auto talker but also had random eye movement and was only $30. I forgot to bookmark it and can't find it again. It came in a black box if I remember correctly.

No, that isn't it. I will probably have to go through my web cache to find it.... The one I am talking about did everything automatically, but only did the mouth and the eyes. You would just plug in an 1/8" jack for audio in and the eyes would move at random but was really really awesome.

The picotalk DOES do what you are describing (not to be confused with the picoboo). But it is more money than $30.
