If you're just going to run a couple of pneumatic props you can usually get a nice pancake compressor from Home Depot or Lowe's. This one is similar to the one that I have: http://www.homedepot.com/Tools-Hardw...atalogId=10053
I've used it for over 10 years now without any problems. I typically run 3 pneumatic props on this. This year I stepped up running 6 cylinders and had no problem at all.
As for your sensor whether you use a mat or PIR is all on how you want it to trigger. I don't use any pressure mats I only use PIRs and they work well for me. A pressure mat means you're going to have to setup your haunt to force people to step on it. A PIR can be focused at a point so when patrons walk by they'll trigger it. When I walk through a haunt I find the pressure mats to be very noticeable so you can avoid them. A PIR is easier to hide.Boo!

alright, what is the better trigger i mean, if the mat gets it done and it is chepaer, not that i want it cheap but if it gets the job down, with all the static stuff already bought, i really want my pneumatic project complete with compressor for around 350.00 or at most no more than 400.00 also a quck questions to add, in your opnion what is best for a beginner, a normal pneumatic kit formm FP or go ahead a get the one with a picaboo, sense i heard the are the best controller, again thank for all your help

The big question to ask when looking at compressors is how often your "just one" prop will be activated. If you're expecting a trickle of trick-or-treaters all night long, a small one would work fine. If you're going to run a constant stream of people past it for a few hours, you should think bigger.

if you want sound pco boo 105 . If you dont want sound pico boo 103. If you want to control both your props by your command get the wireless trigeer u can press a button for each prop. Otherwise PIR sensors or beam sensors will work. Dont get pressure mats they do you no good especially outside.
