My brother gave me a full manniquin today but it needs a little fixing up. What is the best stuff to use to fill cracks/gaps? It appears to be fiberglass in some areas and plastic in others. The head and one arm is split where a seam would be so I have to figure out a way to get it back together and hold. Would bondo work? Thanks for any suggestions!

You could use a two-part epoxy glue more than likely. Most epoxy glues will stick to plastics. I would use some duct tape to hold the seam together in a few spots and glue the uncovered spots and then when the epoxy is dry, go back and glue the areas you had covered with duct tape.

I went to the auto parts store and bought a fiberglass kit for mine and it has worked in snow for 4 years

Thanks,I wondered about using fiberglass but researched some more and found that bondo does work and I already have some handy. Just haven't had time to work on him and today I dressed him up like santa so it will be even longer.

If its small cracks, there's a Bondo spot putty you can buy that works fine. You don't have to mix it or anything, just squeeze it out, force it into the crack, and let it harden. I believe it's called glazing putty.
