I ordered the vampire in the casket it came. I put it together and nothing! I was not surprised. Called customer service and they are sending another one. Highly doubtful I'll get one that works. They obviously have no quality control.![]()

Sorry to hear that. I loved the look of a lot of their props this year but after hearing about the face issues so many were having with their props decided to look elsewhere this year and avoid the hassel with returns, etc. I know GRs customer service is good having bought from them a number of times over the years and their selection is so unique, but this year just seemed to be a bad year for them for halloween items. That's really too bad and obviously the problem is from the manufacturer's end and there lies the real culprit. Hard not to affect GR though.

They are shipping out a new one and a shipping label to send back the other one. If the second one does not work I will ask for a refund because I'm not going to play games with them after seeing what others have went through.

I had ordered the Victoria this year, the first one was damaged but the second one came in one piece undamaged.

Let us know how it goes, Chaserbug. I have a few shipments of stuff coming today and tomorrow from GR. I still really like shopping there, but they have to be taking a hit with ALL these damaged props, returns, etc! Do you think it's the way GR packages the items, or UPS? Frankly, I think UPS is totally crushing packages! I ordered some allergy bedding for my daughter from another online retailer, and you would not BELIEVE the condition of the box when I received it! Disgraceful!
I rec'd a "Vincent vampire" from GR a few weeks before Halloween. THE ENTIRE BOX was slashed open and the prop was missing. It was one of those UPS ships it to my local post office deliveries, and USPS brought it to me taped up with their tape and stamped ALL OVER with-"Received Damaged / Received Opened." I couldn't believe it! GR sent me another one, but holy cats!
