I made my first gibbet with a few mistakes. the rings are on the outside it looks like they were supposed to be on the inside and I didnt have time to build my prisoners legs so I made it look like hes a bit short and I did a quick job with fingers. but other then that it was an easy inexpensive project made with plastic trim at the home depot for a dollar something a pice . I think i used only 4 or 5 pieces and the base was pink foam paintes to look like wood.

the prisoner head and shoulders were hung on fishing line. the hands were glued to the bars and the costume hung down to his feet that were just placed on the fake wood base.
