If it is a moving prop, most likely some kid grabbed it while it was running and stripped out the gears. They like to put cheap plastic gears in all of their moving props, so the first time some kid touches it, it breaks. It could also be a bad connection or soldering joint to the power. They are notorious for not soldering stuff well.

Yeah, his eyes are supposed to light up and you hear chewing sounds. Nothing movable. 2 sets of new batteries didn't do it. It takes 2 AA's. Motion sensor by bellybutton.

I think Distorted Designs is on the right track with a bad soldering connection. I would pull the battery section out of the prop , gently , and start from there to look for a cold solder joint.

    Good luck.

I'll try it. If I have to get more extensive, what's a good (glue) to use on a prop to reconnect the foam to the underside of the latex prop? Just hope I dont have to go that far. I'll let you know how it goes. Thanks everyone.
