    First time I've ever had to think about building a prop to withstand a winter storm -

    My scarecrow (another inspired by Pumpkinrot) went from this:

    Name: IMG_0931.jpg Views: 122 Size: 99.6 KB

    to this,

    Name: IMG_0939.jpg Views: 123 Size: 92.5 KB

    ...to this:
