    I took some nighttime pics but they didn't come out very well. A friend of mine took some, so I'll see if he can send me some, and if so, I'll post them. I'm working on uploading a video to youtube.

    that looks really good
    i bet it does look great at night.

    if i may throw a suggestion out at ya to help make the cauldron look old and rusty and authentic here is a link i saw on here that looks amazing! the technique uses sand and oatmeal in the paint and it looks GREAT.

    Excellent suggestion. I'd also like to make the top 'lip' of the cauldron thicker for next year as well.

    i bet it does look great at night.
    Yeah, my photos don't do it justice. It looks awesome in the dark. I made the fake glowing coals to go underneath. There were a few kids AND adults who wouldn't come in the yard because of it.

    lol great job...mission accomplished

    i also made glowing coals and put in my fireplace in the house..looks cool.....did ya see the same technique as the coals but its a log instead? looks so real! im gonna make those too and keep in fireplace all year long
