Ok long story short i drove 5 hours to buy this thing because they were out online and so forth.

He worked fine until today. (HAVE NOT USED him at all.)

I bought him, took him out of the box, set him up he worked great. Left him put together and put him in a spare room.

Put him away as he was only coming out Halloween night, got him out today and he powers on but his neck wont lift it just clicks if i give it a little support it will lift but wont go fully upright, THIS is running of cord and not batteries, anyone got any ideas????

its this guy. Also note everything else works, his arm, his mouth, his phrases, its just his head

That problem has been the most common trouble with this prop- the head doesn't look up. I've seen at least four along the way with the same problem. I know of no fix for it, but make sure nothing is getting in the way of his meachanics underneath, such as clothing or anything. Clicking sounds usually mean something is holding up the movement. But Tekky will have to address the problem on next years batch if it's a gear problem. Very sorry- hope all works out.

That is such a shame i just watched the video and its a really cool prop , is there no customer support setup for this company sorry for my ignorance but being from the u.k. We have no access to any of your cool animated props over here , i would of thought as others have stated that if it is the most common problem maybe someone out there has found a cause or may even have a fix , hopefully the manufacturer will have already have had to look into this problem and may have the answer
