Nice construction and movement. Is that one of those super servos from servocity, or did you design that one yourself?

Hook Thank you, the base rotate/pan, nod, or as they like to say tilt, and I added a tube servo gear box on top of the tilt platform sideways to give it that third axis. To answer your question they are from servo city. I did not do such a great job on the armature but it works so I just stayed with it. I could have used a Jason hockey mask as my armature then dremel it to allow for the jaw and eye kit. I had to rig the eye kit to work by cutting in half adding a half an inch with JB Weld between the cut to widen the eyes to fit squarely in eye sockets. I wanted more movement in the jaw area but I get a lot of flex with the flimsy servo horn mounted on the jaw. Kind of hard to push the mask chin down to create the mouth movement. I think visually for now I can pull it off and then modify it after Halloween.
