Hey everyone.... I know I already posted about Madem Leotta, and I got most of the glare off but not like I see in other vids using the same recomended stuff "Thinner for Metallics"...any ways, how in the hell did some of you guys get her hair to glow? I purchased some of that "glow stuff spray" in a bottle at Target and it did absolutly nothing???

if it will be under black light, make a spray out of laundry soap and some water and spray the hair down and let dry. The soap has phosphorus which will glow under a black light but it will be a whitish color or pale blue.

There's a RIT dye bluing agent that will also fluoresce very brightly under backlight. It's what most of the eBay FCGs are soaked in.
