Just wanted to post a couple of pics of my Jack Skellington I made a couple of years ago. This year I finally added his teeth. He's about 11' 6" tall which makes him a good size to sit on a roof. The head was modeled in clay and casted with a latex shell and expansion foam inside. The body is 1" PVC pipe with joints and the torso was built of 4" furniture foam and formed. The hands are made of individual shaped wooden pieces jointed by armature wire held by JB Weld. The feet are shaped out of wood. If your in the CA in the Pasadena area drive by. Also for Christmas I made his Santa Suit and use him for the Hasting's Ranch light up.
Enjoy,
Dino

We are huge NBC fans at my house. You gotta love a prop that does double duty (Halloween & Christmas).

Freaking awesome.
There's something wrong with me chemically, something wrong with me inherently.
