Is anyone else not done yet setting up?

I feel like I'm the only one not done. I have all my stuff setup, but my lighting hasn't been tweaked yet and I havn't even turned on my display because of it. This friggin rainy weather the past few days in MI is killing me and preventing me from doing anything. Well that and my day job! My neighbors are prob wondering why my setup isn't turned on, and its killin me. I"m begining to think I'm like the last one left to turn on my haunt.

Tonight will hopefully be the night!

I am pretty much done with mine, its a major project. The only things remaining are some misc lighting that I'm holding off until the weather clears up.

I've set up early this year but found I brought things in due to wind or rain and had to put them back up again.

We won't set up the cemetery until Sunday or possibly even Monday. I have the patio scene done and the garage will be done Saturday. It's just a matter of hauling it out an placing things now but the prep work is done.

I usually setup the day before or day of. Most of my items are none really weather proof. So looks like a typical mad dash to setup on Sunday and get the lighting and fog effects setup right.

We are mainly detailing our haunt at this point but the winds are terrible today! will probably end up doing repair work once they die down.

I have a little bit of scenery set up like cornstalks, pumpkins, dead trees, and the path marked out through the not present cemetery, but that is it. Hubby won't take the risks of the weather or theft so we set up the weekend of. However that is not what is holding us back this year. Instead our mausoleum and cemetery pillars are still in the garage being painted and a few other props are under construction still. And hubby thought I was nuts for wanting to start back in June. I will most definitely be running down the clock and though I may reach the finish line someone is probably gonna have to drag my broken and battered body across it.
