Just wanted to know if anyone was having problems with the audio recorded on their Nerve Center. It just comes out sounding really muffled and a loud humming in the background. I also have an older Picoboo controller that I wasn't going to use because I had 8 audio and animation tracks ready to go but with the sound so bad I'm using the Picoboo instead and just 1 animation track.

I recorded the same audio track on the Picoboo and it sounds fine. I was so disappointed when I ran into this problem. It was the last animated prop I had to finish up today. It's all good now but not exactly what I had planned.

I sent an email to tech support at MG and now waiting for a reply.

i had the same problem. i turned the audio cable around from my laptop to my nc and this solved my problem, i hope this helps
