    I have 2 questions.
    1. I got this rising reaper from Walgreens. Is there an inexpensive way to make a coffin for it? See video. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=64plEIjoEhA&feature=youtube_gdata_player.
    2. Is there a place that sells crows that you can sit atop a tombstone? Thanks.

I don't know about the first, but I'd suggest that you try Michaels for the crows. They have a good selection of them, and they should be on sale by now

Sorry for the duplicate reply if this is a duplicate. You can cut out the coffin out of rigid wall insulation from any Home Depot/Menards. 8' x 4' sheet 1/2 inch thick. rigid and sturdy but very light. Black duct tape and glue together, hinge with duct tape. Easy and can be done in a few hours. Paint with spray or brush flat black. Real easy and the figure you have will be able to pop right out of the lid.

The propis only 3ft tall. Is there a way to make one out of cardboad or something? I'm not skilled in that sort of stuff.

I'd be surprised if Michael's had any crows left at this point - they've been clearing stuff for a while but it's definitely worth a shot.

The rigid insulation board is better than cardboard and cuts really easy and is weatherproof, but you could use cardboard. Question is, where you get a slice of cardboard that big. You could purchase big boxes from uhaul store or any packing store. Sometimes the local Halloween shop sells cardboard coffins. Halloween city had one. Came in a bag, you assemble.

I've found large slabs of cardboard behind furniture and grocery stores if you're on a budget. Good luck.

Check Kmart for crows - my local had some still in stock yesterday. They're actually pretty good crows, for Kmart...

craft or sporting goods stores for crows . I got mine at dicks sporting goods in the hunting section for real cheap. I have posted about it. and I always go for the toe pincher made from pink foam insuation you can make a partial one coming out of the ground for one 1/2 inch sheet. like 7 bucks since the reaper is on the small scale. if you want to go super cheap make it from cardboard and do a good paintjob on it or cover it with dollar store wood pattern shelf liner ( ive done that in a pinch a few times ). the rising reaper is always a hit in the mix of really cool props the kids love that reaper.
