Holy crap! LOL! You better have the ambulance on call - that thing is dangerous! It'd definitely keep the birds out of your yard.

I'm interested in hearing a solution though. Just getting in to playing with motors, so I might run into the same problem down the road. (Makes me glad I started with reindeer motors.)

Looks promising. Maybe switch it to decaf? (Welcome to the forums!)

    Hi 13thour,

The shiatsu massager I use has a small dial underneath that controls the speed . Also,it looks like you have the straps too loose , if you shorten those it should give you more control of the motion. I had to adjust the straps many times until I got close to the movement I wanted .

    Hope that helps.

If you shorten the PVC rod that the head is mounted on it wouldn't move quite as violently.
    Unless that's what you want.......

Now there's a zombie that REALLY wants out!
It looks good, but I think I'd tone it down a bit before it knocks out a ToT or tears itself apart.

The more weight you put on it, the less movement there will be. By the time I added a head and a suit coat to mine, the movement was MUCH lower. So as you work on yours, just try adding some arms or clothes, or anything with weight.
