Here is this years project so far. I am building a PVC body to go along with the head & hands I got from silent creations. He makes some pretty cool stuff. I decided to use a pair of old shoes and put T-connectors at the end of the legs and insert them into the shoes. Then, filled the shoes with can insulation foam. I first had to prop up the prop so it's standing correctly before I filled them. I also ran some foam up the legs as to create texture on the leg and plan on painting them to look like legs, incase the pants I use are to short. Here is the results. I will post pics as I progress to completion.

That's an amazing mask Langolier! Is this one currently in production? (I couldn't find it listed on their product page). Can't wait to see the finished product!

He had this one on ebay some time back. When it sold before I could get it, I contacted him and inquired about it. He made it up for me. He just had two others on ebay but you can always contact him to ask. this one also has a coating of UV see through glow paint. So when I use my UV led lights I got from Minions Web, should have a great look. And these are custom made heavy rubber latex, filled with dense foam and 1" PVC pipes both inside of the head and hands/forearms. Will take a photo of the current progress and post it shortly.

Updated progress on Marleys Ghost. Have now shorten the width of his shoulders ( were to wide ). Painted the lower legs that I had applied insulation foam to so if PVC is exposed, I hope it will look more like a ghostly leg. Painted the shoes some and pre-assembled him to get a feel as to what he will look like when completed. He stands about 6'3" or 6'5". Have not measured him yet. Will dress him tomorrow night and see how he looks.

OK, here he is just about complete. He's so tall that the pants almost didn't fit length wise as he stands pretty tall. Plus I really wanted to dress him in a all black suit, next year. I didn't like the dou uv led lights I was going to use on him. It makes him glow, but then his mouth and eyes look like black wholes. And I really like his acrylic teeth and glass eyes as it makes him look more real. So I am using a warm white led bulb ( all bought from Minions Web ). More photos to come when placed out for Halloween.
