We have a fog machine that ain't been used in a couple of years. We put rest of the fluid we had into it and it ain't working. I was wondering if maybe the tank is clogged. It comes on but will not steam at all sounds like it is but no fog coming out.

Does anyone have any idea about what could be the problem?

have you checked the nozzle at the front? a small needle usually cleans that up. also check the in tank filter. another place to check if you want to open the case sometimes there is an inline filter in the pickup hose before the pump. if you are still lost (after checking the filters) i added some blue food coloring to the fluid to check if its flowing. try pulling the hose off the heater and activating it to see if it is pumping through. if it flows fine then its more than likely a clog in the heater.

Drain it, check for clogs, then try running some white vinegar through it.
