    Just came up with this, Simple and cheap. Had the Lantern (Could spare one) Drill two holes on each side-one of the top, Name:  IMG_1191.jpg

Size:  102.7 KB12inch piece of wire, slip wire thru the holes and bend the end up. Now spray paint , dry and put back together.

    Good job, I love attention to detail and extras on a standing prop. My old man asked me why I put so much detail into my props, they wont see it in the dark with a flood light, my response...I know what it looks like and want it to look good at noon

    Nice quick and easy modification! I have some lanterns that look really similar to those but they came with the handles.

    I too move some similar solar lanterns into my scenes, though for the big night I remove the solar batteries and go with Duracell AAs instead for that extra power.
