This will be set up behind some fencing on our path so no kids get accidentally knocked out. I will have a black light on it and an actor will be triggering the remote. Also, at the foot of the fence I have a cross I made with one of the ecrackers in it. That way if the lunging ghost does not scare em, I hit another button and maybe the popping and sparking or the cross will. BTW, ecrackers fit perfectly in 1 1/2 pvc.

I've already broken it. The styrofoam wig head broke at the pivot point last night while testing it. I think I'm going to try to rig something up with pvc. Better breaking now than on Halloween night I guess.

Oh no, he broke? Yes, plenty of time to fix him and make him more solid. He is really cute. It's his sudden lurch forward that makes him scary. Don't forget his haircut

Good news, I got him fixed last night. Reinforced his neck with some pvc so it won't break again. Bad news is I broke my stalkaround costume's neck and my trash can trauma last night.

How did things turn out for you? Sounds like there were a lot of snapped necks around your place. Hope you got everything back in order before the big day

All in all, a pretty good night. The broken neck on the stalkaround cost me my nodding ability but still had the head shake. I also was able to JB Weld the trashcan trauma back together in time to get it going. The scissor ghost worked great.
