Well, I learned something important after doing my first animatronic haunt, I need more time !!

Thank you all for the help, with all the ideas and what not.

In the end there seems to be something I was missing about the DMExorcist board and motion detectors, The were normally closed devices with a separate 12v lead to it. Every so often they would pulse open for no reason, but they would all do it at the same time. These were free motion sensors so i'm guessing they could have been bad. Just wonder if any others have seen this. So at the last minute I stripped the wires down and had some folks touching wires together to trigger the props.

My other issue was my 5 channel audio didn't separate when coming out the channels for some reason, i'll have to reread that thread and see what i did wrong.
