I hear ya. I have a 800 sq ft shop and 4 sheds and still have to find places to store stuff.

Do you move any of it outside on the big night? I only ask because it reminded me of a carnie dark ride I took with my youngest daughter when she was about 4. At that age she loved to be scared. As we moved through the ride different props would light up behind plexiglass. When it was over I asked her if it was too scary. She replied, "I wasn't scared at all, nothing could get us through the plastic!" Your props are top notch of course, but I always strive for the scared "pit in the stomach" feeling of not knowing what is coming up next which is (I think) lost when it is behind glass.
