In theory it is just a matter of splicing a wireless fog remote into the wired remote line.

You may then have to do this:

There is always danger when dealing with electricity. As long as the machine is unplugged when you do this it should be relatively safe though. Keep in mind to make this work you are going to need some wire nuts, or crimp on spade terminals and a crimping tool in addition to the wireless controller. The spade connectors will give you a nice finished look and be safer, as there should be spade connectors inside the machine which you can detach and then add the wireless remote module. The wires could be soldered though, so you may want to open it up and take a look.

That control probably will not work. You want a 3 wire controller like this:

That was the only 3 wire I could find at a .co.uk address with a quick search. Hopefully you can find a cheaper one.

If you go the splice route be careful as i see from the pic you are using a 230 v 50 hz model and i believe most of us on here are used to 120v 60 hz. in theory it is the same just a different voltage and frequency. If you have another identical unit with a hookup on the rear for a remote i would use that as a reference as to what goes where. Thats what i did when rewiring a fogger that i have.

    Reindeer motor comes to mind.
This is the only post I could find with a video:
    http://www.hauntforum.com/showthread.php?t=16673

Do you happen to have an Erector/Meccano set with motors? Or Lego Technic with motors? Those should have everything you need to make the cat's head move side to side.

You need a disk with holes to attach to the motor so a rod moves back and forth (Like the wheels on a train engine) but rotated 90 degrees. A setup like on a train would be to make the cat nod. Rig the cat's head to move side to side and attach the other end of the rod to a pivot point at the back of the cat's head. That should work, but I don't have anything to test it with.

Found a picture of the Reindeer motor assembly. Hopefully that makes things a bit clearer.
